Project Goals

In addition to offering a luxurious lifestyle, we aim to promote a healthy and eco-friendly environment for our tenants. This is done by facilitating a home filled with open spaces and access to an abundance of sunlight. To further contribute to our goal, we have prioritized the use of natural resources such as stone, and wood in the construction of this condo.

1) LIGHT FLOORING CONCEPT APATMENTS

The "La Sauvegarde" case study project included designing the layouts of the lobby, amenities, units with different square footage , and a penthouse using the existing structure of this building.
